What does intensity mean to you? How do you perceive it in your body? Have you bought into someone’s ideas that intense sensations equal heaviness, constriction and discomfort?  Is intensity something to avoid?

Often intensity is just another way to describe how energy flows. Imagine yourself standing in a mountain river, water is falling down from the above and rapidly carries away everything in its path – stones, leaves  and branches. If you stand its way, you will either allow the river to flow around you OR to stop it and endure its killing potency. Resistance of any energy often leads to hurting or suffering, and it certainly takes energy to resist. What could be created if you allow the energy just be and receive from it?

One of the amazing, simple and most underestimated tools of Access Consciousness™ are energy flows. Energy flows work the same in nature as the flows work with people and situations. When I see someone pushing energy at me, all I do is to pull energy from the Universe, through them and through me. If the situation is required that I have to be an intense energy, I just flow the energy in the other direction – from the Universe, through me and towards the people or situations.

What have you decided intensity is that it isn’t and what have you decided intensity isn’t that it is?

Energy flows when we are not resisting anything and have no barriers…we are engaging with the universe…sexualness is engagement with the universe.  When we refuse the potency of sexualness, the energy flows and the contribution of the Universe, we create less.

What if intensity were spices that added flavour and aroma to your life? Would it be easier and more fun for you to play with all these different energies where some might be intense and others – super-intense?

Our body is like the earth, it has the ability and the desire to perceive and receive way more energies than we allow it to. What would your body like?
